Over the past 30 years I have worked with many great project managers. Nik, however, is project manager extraordinaire.   

Nik was responsible for a very high profile, fast-paced relocation of one of our acquisition's London Headquarters. He not only managed the project delivery exceptionally well, he also managed the client outstandingly. 

Nik's traits that made this project such a success: his cool head, his ability to listen and to bring common sense to difficult discussions, the fact that while he is extremely detailed-oriented and very knowledgeable, he never loses sight of the big picture. 

One very important aspect of Nik's work is his ability to make the project team an awesome team, all working together towards a goal of delivering a phenomenal office space.  I always knew I was in good hands with Nik and that our company's best interests were a number one priority.

Nik has just project managed a major office move and fit-out project that we have undertaken. Throughout the course of the project I was heavily reliant on all of Nik's experience, expertise and guidance on not only all the practical considerations but also legal and regulatory framework which made sure we were always prepared for the various critical steps along the way. 

Perhaps less obvious but equally important to me was the positive and constructive relationship that underpinned everything that was achieved through Nik's pro-active approach and support, which was hugely reassuring in my role. Equally, throughout the project phase his disciplined and detailed approach managed to keep the wide variety of contractors and partners all aligned, and focused on the execution of the fit out and related works. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nik to manage major projects.

Nik Denman is an outstanding Project lead. I have used his services as Project Manager, managing two Cat B builds in the last 6 years. The first time I worked with him was spot on, that’s why the repeat business.  In my experience Nik is visionary, creative, committed, driven and extremely diligent. With him you are not just getting a project manager but a business partner to deliver on your project. He listens, absorbs and interprets your thoughts exactly to all teams involved from M&E, to building management, to the build project team, the designers, the furniture technicians basically everything and you know for sure he is on the case.   With Nik you have a one stop genius!   

In my most recent project worth 1.5 million, Nik's influence has created what's being called ‘The office of tomorrow’. He is a true partner to his clients every step of the way delivering over and above what is expected of him.   

His work is commendable on all accounts and I am sure for my next big build project I will connect back with him.  

If you want a project lead to deliver your project on time, within budget and at the highest possible standard, Nik is your man. It can’t get any better.
